Yoga Therapy is the professional application of yoga practices to promote health and well-being within a therapeutic relationship. Feel supported and uplifted during a private yoga session that includes personalized assessment, lifestyle and fitness guidance, as well as yoga practices. Based on your personal current needs, we will use yoga postures, breathing, meditation, visualization and sometimes mantras to improve mindfulness and manifest your desires. These online sessions are offered via Zoom in the comfort of your own home. Clients are asked to wear comfortable exercise attire and be set up with a personal yoga mat and laptop or tablet for ease of communication. Props are not necessary, however it helps to have a firm pillow and foam block if you have them.
