Yoga Therapy is the professional application of yoga practices to promote health and well-being within a therapeutic relationship. Feel supported and uplifted during a private yoga session that includes personalized assessment, lifestyle and fitness guidance, as well as yoga practices. Based on your personal current needs, we will use yoga postures, breathing, meditation, visualization and sometimes mantras to improve mindfulness and manifest your desires. These in person sessions require clients to wear comfortable exercise attire, to bring a personal yoga mat, and to wear a mask. Props will be provided and handled appropriately as per Covid precautions and hands on assists are used only when necessary, as per mutual agreement of the client and therapist.
